The Best Support Staff Award recognizes exceptional support staff including all member of Corporate support depts and business units, including drivers, cleaners, general helpers, office boys, car care specialist, storekeepers, picker/binners, cashiers, and MVFM workers. This award celebrates those who have consistently shown dedication, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.

Eligibility

Employees working in support staff positions at Al Masaood Automobiles, Al Masaood Industrial, Property, or Corporate Support divisions are eligible for this award.

Criteria

Winners of this award should have:

• Demonstrated outstanding work performance in their appraisals.
• Maintained strict confidentiality and professionalism in their roles.
• Shown a consistent commitment to their duties and responsibilities.
• Achieved high customer satisfaction scores and positive customer feedback.

Nomination Process

Employees who work in support staff positions at Al Masaood Automobiles, Al Masaood Industrial, Property, or Corporate Support divisions can nominate themselves or their colleagues for this Award.

Judging Panel

10 winners will be chosen for this Award. The decision will be made by the relevant Line Manager, GM, and CEO and HR based on performance.

Application Deadline

Fully completed Nomination Forms should be submitted on the website by 19 October 2024.
