Al Masaood Stars Awards is back again this year to celebrate our employees, across the Group’s business units and corporate support departments. Through your nominations, this is the opportunity for you and your colleagues to recognise employees who have made a significant contribution to Al Masaood.
This year, we have refreshed the award categories to reflect the continual growth and development within Al Masaood.

After a 2-year disruption in our annual Al Masaood Stars Awards ceremony, we are back this year to celebrate our rising stars. Investing in our employees has always been at the heart of Al Masaood’s success. It is for this specific reason that we have rolled out our Stars Awards program. Al Masaood Stars Awards have been developed to recognize outstanding performance across Al Masaood business units and corporate support departments by you, our valuable employees.
In 2021, we held our awards ceremony in the virtual sphere, which was a first for us at Al Masaood.
But once again this year, we are looking to all gather and celebrate our successes as one team and honor our colleagues who have gone above and beyond in their work. Through these awards, our aim is to build a culture of investment in high performing individuals, leaders and teams and providing an environment where we can attract, retain and unleash the best potential of our people.
This year’s awards are bigger than previous editions. We will be recognizing our employees across 18 different award categories. We have included categories for our behind-the-scenes heroes in recognition to all the efforts they make in upholding the Al Masaood promise of excellence.
