Eligibility

This award is open to Sales Managers working in the Automotive and Industrial Business Divisions only.

Criteria

The Best Sales Leaders have all made a significant impact on their businesses by one or more of the following:

  • Selecting, developing, and managing a team of top sales performers.
  • Creating a healthy sales culture and performance by training, coaching, and helping team members maximise their potential.
  • Scoring high in performance appraisals and engagement survey results.
  • Fostering an environment of respect, support, trust, and team spirit among colleagues.
  • Going above and beyond in their responsibilities and are viewed as role models by their teammates.

Nomination Process

Candidates will be nominated by the General Manager, who will provide justification and reasoning for each.

Judging Panel

4 winners will be chosen for this Award. The decision is based on performance and made by the employees’ GM and CEO.

Fully completed Nomination Forms should be submitted on the website by  19 October 2024.
