The Best Leader Award acknowledges employees who have shown strong leadership skills such as: inspiration, delegation, empowerment, teamwork, and foresight. Their skills have driven significant value and results to Al Masaood’s business.

Eligibility

The Best Leader Award is open to employees who are in a Manager, Supervisors, or Team Leader roles across all Al Masaood business divisions and Corporate Support Departments. Revenue generating or sales employees are not eligible for this award.

Criteria

Winners of the Best Leader Award have all made a significant impact on their businesses by one or more of the following ways:

• Being an inspirational and visionary leader and role model to their team(s), in terms of performance and values.
• Building a culture of openness, transparency, performance excellence, and results.
• Investing in the growth and development of their team members and recognising hard work and outstanding results.
• Fostering a positive work environment that displays respect, support, trust, confidence, and work momentum.

Nomination Process

Candidates will be nominated by Division/Department Heads.

Judging Panel

6 winners will be chosen for this Award. The decision will be made by the CEO and Chief Corporate Officer following detailed evaluations. The nominees may be required to complete a psychometric test to measure their scenario-based leadership action.
