The Best Technical Support Award recognizes the valuable contributions of technical support employees who provide essential support in operations such as: mechanics, technicians, welders, fabricators, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, denters, riggers, and masons.

Eligibility

Employees working in technical support positions, including technicians and other labour roles, in workshops across Al Masaood are eligible for this Award.

Criteria

Winners of the Best Technical Support Award should have:

• Demonstrated outstanding technical skills and work performance in their appraisals.
• Maintained strict confidentiality and professionalism in their roles.
• Shown a consistent commitment to their duties and responsibilities.

Nomination Process

Employees in technical support positions in workshops across Al Masaood can nominate themselves or their colleagues for this Award.

Judging Panel

The judging panel will consist of the relevant Line Manager, GM, CEO and HR manager. They will select 10 winners based on performance evaluations and other relevant criteria.

Application Deadline

Fully completed Nomination Forms should be submitted on the website by 19 October 2024
