Eligibility

The winners of this award are aftersales service employees in Al Masaood Automobiles or Al Masaood Industrial Divisions.

Criteria

The Best After-Sales Service Achievers have all made a significant impact on their businesses by one or more of the following:

  • Scoring high in their performance appraisals and customer satisfaction index.
  • Positively contributing to the division’s net promoter score.
  • Recording high performance in the division’s incentive scheme.

Nomination Process

Candidates will be nominated by Service Department Heads, who will provide justification, reasoning, and performance stats & figures for each.

Judging Panel

9 winners will be chosen for this Award. The decision is based on performance, and made by the employees’ Line Manager, HR, GM, and CEO.

Fully completed Nomination Forms should be submitted on the website by 19 October 2024.
