The Best Parts Achiever Award acknowledges staff in Al Masaood Automobiles and Industrial Divisions who have ensured the success and profitability of the Parts dealership, in line with the division’s targets.

Eligibility
The winners of this award are all aftersales parts employees across Al Masaood Automobiles and Al Masaood Industrial Divisions.

Criteria
The Best Parts Achievers have all made a significant impact on their businesses by one or more of the following:
- Achieving over 100% of their sales targets and scoring high in their performance appraisals.
- Achieving the highest index level of internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Recording high performance in the division’s incentive scheme.

Nomination Process
Candidates will be nominated by the Parts Department Head, who will provide justification, reasoning, and performance stats & figures for each.

Judging Panel
4 winners will be selected for this Award. The decision is based on performance, and made by the employees’ Line Manager, GM, and CEO.

Fully completed Nomination Forms should be submitted on the website by 19 October 2024.
