The LinkedIn Learning Award recognises employees who have actively engaged with LinkedIn Learning to enhance their skills and knowledge. These individuals have demonstrated a commitment to personal and professional development, utilizing the platform’s resources to broaden their expertise and contribute to Al Masaood’ s growth.

Eligibility

This Award is open to employees across all Corporate Support and Business Divisions of Al Masaood who have actively participated on LinkedIn as learning brand ambassadors. Nominees must have demonstrated a commitment to personal and professional development by utilizing the LinkedIn Learning Platform.

Criteria

The winners in this Award category will be assessed based on three main KPIs:
Regular Use of LinkedIn Learning Resources:

• Measuring the total number of hours spent on LinkedIn Learning courses in a month.
• Recording a minimum of three training hours in a month.
• Monitoring of their progress through LinkedIn Learning usage reports.

Application of Learned Knowledge:

• Achieving the highest number of LinkedIn Learning certificates courses earned by the employee.
• Logging a count of the certifications received as per the LinkedIn Learning records.

Videos Watched and Posted:

• Scoring the highest number of LinkedIn Learning videos watched, and posting at least two relevant videos or articles per month.
• Monitoring the employee’s LinkedIn profile for shared content.

Nomination Process

Employees can nominate themselves or be nominated by their colleagues, managers, or team leaders.

Judging Panel

10 winners will be chosen for this Award. The decision will be made by the following panel members: Group L&D Manager, Line Manager, GM/Department Head, based on evidence provided by LinkedIn Learning reports and supporting documentation.

All nominations must be submitted on the website by 19 October 2024.
