The Best Health and Safety Award recognises employees that have demonstrated commitment to occupational health, safety, and wellbeing, regardless of their business or the sector they operate within.

Eligibility

This Award is open to employees across Al Masaood Automobiles, Al Masaood Industrial, Property, and Corporate Support divisions. This Award is not limited to employees holding HSE titles.

Criteria

The Health and Safety Award is for the employee that has:

• Demonstrated strong commitment to health and safety in the workplace. This commitment has been proactive and preventative and has gone beyond the requirements of the employee(s) role.
• Actively worked towards the continuous improvement of health and safety practices in the workplace.
• Showed good HSE knowledge and skills.
• Showed commitment and close-out of actions ad tasks in a timely manner.
• Participated actively in HSE activities.
• Showed effective communication, consultation, and suggestions.

Nomination Process

Employees can nominate their colleagues whom they believe are suitable for this Award.

Judging Panel

3 winners will be chosen for this Award. The decision will be made by the relevant Line Manager, GM, CEO, and Group HSE. It will be based on monthly HSE evaluations, performance measurement criteria, and meetings across all operations.

Application Deadline

Fully completed Nomination Forms should be submitted on the website by 19 October 2024.
