The Best Team Award recognises outstanding teams. A team is formed when two or more employees work together with one common goal and purpose. In their work, they have completed tasks exceptionally well and have held each other mutually accountable for the results. This could include a department or project team.

The Best Team Award recognises outstanding teams. A team is formed when two or more employees work together with one common goal and purpose. In their work, they have completed tasks exceptionally well and have held each other mutually accountable for the results. This could include a department or project team.

Eligibility
This Award is only for employees who are in support or non-sales-related positions across all Al Masaood Corporate Support, Property Division and Business Divisions.

Criteria
The winners of the Best Team Award have shown one or more of the following:
- Working efficiently and effectively to deliver their objectives, and improving standards of services presented to their internal and external clients.
- Operating with a strong sense of purpose to deliver outstanding results as a team, and working effectively with other employees.
- Visibly adding value to the organisation, employees, and/or customers, in a way that has met or exceeded expectations.

Nomination Process
Nominations will be done by the relevant Department Head, with justification and reasoning for each. Justification should include any supporting data or results obtained by the winning teams.

Judging Panel
6 teams will be chosen for this Award.

Application Deadline
Fully completed Nomination Forms should be submitted on the website by 19 October 2024.
